Wheel buying guide / Rhino

Wheel fitment, made clear.

Find a wheel you love, then check the details that make it work on your vehicle. PCD is a starting point; the complete mounting setup matters.

The fitment numbers explained.

Our wheel finder helps narrow the catalogue using your vehicle and relevant wheel attributes. A matching bolt pattern does not by itself establish full compatibility. Use these details to understand the options, then confirm the exact variant with Rhino.

AttributeWhy it matters
PCDThe number of mounting holes and the diameter of their circle. A pattern such as 5×114.3 describes five holes on a 114.3 mm pitch circle.
DiameterThe wheel’s nominal rim diameter, usually stated in inches. Tyres must be selected for the matching rim diameter.
WidthThe rim width affects the approved tyre-size options and the space the assembly requires.
OffsetThe mounting face’s position relative to the wheel centreline. It affects where the wheel sits in relation to the vehicle.
Centre boreThe central opening must suit the vehicle’s hub and the correct mounting arrangement.
Load & clearanceWheel load requirements, brake clearance and suspension and body clearance need checking for the particular vehicle.

How to use the Rhino wheel finder.

  1. Choose your vehicleStart with the make and model, then select the year or variant details available in the finder.
  2. Narrow your styleExplore brands, diameter, width, wheel type and PCD filters to compare relevant catalogue options.
  3. Confirm the exact wheelCheck the selected size, finish and mounting variant with Rhino before the final fitment is agreed.
A catalogue result is a shortlist, not a fitment guarantee.

Some styles appear in Rhino PCD enquiry groups. That grouping does not mean every size and finish of that wheel is manufactured in that bolt pattern. Exact mounting specifications and availability still need confirmation.

Tell us about modifications.

Let Rhino know if the vehicle has larger brakes, a suspension lift, lowered suspension, existing spacers or other changes. Those details can affect the clearance and hardware needed even when the base vehicle record looks right.

Hub rings and wheel nuts also need to suit the wheel and vehicle. Browse wheel accessories, then ask the team to confirm the correct hardware rather than choosing on appearance alone.

Good to know before you book

Does matching PCD mean a wheel will fit?

No. Width, offset, centre bore, load rating, brake clearance and the vehicle’s modifications also matter. Rhino needs to confirm the complete fitment.

Why do some wheel listings say fitment to confirm?

A style or size may be listed without the exact mounting variant fully verified. Ask Rhino to confirm the PCD, offset and other specifications for the wheel and vehicle you want.

Can I choose different front and rear sizes?

Ask Rhino to assess the intended combination for your vehicle. Do not assume a staggered setup is suitable from the wheel appearance or diameter alone.

What details help with a wheel enquiry?

Provide the vehicle make, model, year, any modifications, the wheel style, preferred diameter and the finish you like. Include the current tyre size if you know it.
